Indiana State Board of Health Reporting Requirements
Indiana State Board of Health Reporting Rule 410 requires that all laboratories report positive test results for notifiable communicable diseases at least weekly. Reportable sexually transmitted diseases include Chlamydia genital infection, gonorrhea or syphilis.
