Healthy Indy Partnership

What Is The Healthy Indy Partnership?

The Healthy Indy Partnership is a collaborative group of community leaders in Marion County brought together in an effort to improve the quality of life within their community. Formally named the Building Healthier neighborhoods Partnership, the Healthy Indy Partnership is the product of a unique collaboration among major Indianapolis hospitals, the Marion County Health Department, the City and other community organizations.. This collaboration formed to fund and conduct the Marion County's first baseline community health assessment. The completion of the health assessment led the partners to create a unified leadership model under the Healthy Indy Partnership.
